Greg is Real Estate Manager in Charlotte, where he plays a crucial role on the Building Management team. He is responsible for providing daily leadership in several areas, including vendor service coordination, maintenance and operations of buildings, fostering positive tenant relationships, and supporting both accounting and lease administration.
He oversees a diverse portfolio of adaptive reuse projects, which include creative office and retail spaces, as well as industrial properties. Greg’s expertise encompasses capital projects, tenant improvements, efficient management of vendors, and overseeing accounts receivable.
