Bringing over 23 years of commercial real estate experience, Paul serves as a Deal Principal with Foundry’s Development & Investment group specializing in the ground-up development and acquisitions of office & industrial products in the North Florida market. Having previously worked for Trammell Crow Company and CBRE, more recently Paul co-led Foundry’s Orlando Office brokerage team for over 10 years. Paul has extensive knowledge of the Central / North Florida markets where he has been involved in various commercial real estate transactions & developments totaling over $1.5B and covering over Eight million SF.
