Jacob Stover brings a dynamic blend of competitive drive, strategic insight, and community commitment to his role as a Commercial Real Estate Associate at Foundry Commercial. With a Master of Business Administration from Loyola University Maryland and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication focused on Advertising & Public Relations, Jacob combines strong business acumen with excellent client communication skills.
Prior to joining Foundry, Jacob started at Henry S. Miller, where he generated over $5 million in sales across land and industrial outside storage properties, managing over 100 acres of listings throughout North Texas. Recognized as a 2025 Top Producer and a leader in listings at his former shop, he leverages his competitive mindset and disciplined approach to deliver outstanding results for clients.
Prior to his commercial real estate career, Jacob had a highly successful career as a professional lacrosse player in the Premier Lacrosse League, where he was a two-time PLL Champion goalie, competing at the highest level of the sport. He also distinguished himself as a collegiate athlete at Loyola University Maryland, earning First Team All-American honors in 2019 and was a 2X Patriot League Goalie of the Year. In high school, Jacob was a high school USILA All American.
Committed to giving back, Jacob serves as the Head Lacrosse Goalie Director at Highland Park High School and runs his own training business, where he develops specialized training programs, mentors youth athletes, and has helped lead the program to two state championships. Jacob’s unique background as a high-performance athlete and skilled commercial real estate professional, combined with his passion for mentorship and leadership, make him a valuable asset to Foundry Commercial and its clients.
