Overview
Joe Chick is a Vice President within Foundry Commercial’s Investment Advisory Group, specializing in the sale of office, flex and industrial assets across North Florida on behalf of institutional and middle-market ownership groups. Prior to joining Foundry, Mr. Chick spent ten years working within CBRE’s Capital Markets division across the State of Florida, focused on the sale of institutional office and industrial sale transactions. Since beginning his investment sales career in 2015, Mr. Chick has worked on $2B worth of office and industrial sale assignments.
