Experience
Richard is a senior associate on Atlanta’s Landlord Rep team, a role he previously held with Southsource, which merged with Foundry Commercial in 2023. His career began with CoStar in Washington, D.C., focused on industry research, before moving into class A-office property management. After relocating to Atlanta, he joined Cushman & Wakefield and managed several core office assets until leaping into brokerage.
Richard excels at hospitality, and always ensures his clients feel valued and appreciated. He is a dealer and peacemaker all in one package. He hails from Cleveland, Ohio, a city for which he is often very nostalgic, but Atlanta has been his home since 2017. He lives in Cabbagetown with his husband, Patrick, and their golden retriever, Hank.
