Overview
Rob Polischuck began his career with Foundry as a Facilities Manager of a 230k SF church campus in downtown Orlando. Over the past 9 years Rob’s experience has extended to the management of Retail, Office, and Industrial properties. Each assignment brought opportunities to self-manage capital projects, naturally leading towards an extension of Rob’s career into Project Management.
As Project Manager, Rob has been responsible for the oversight of tenant improvement and capital projects, ranging from smaller carpet and paint jobs, all the way to projects over $1.5MM. Rob brings unique insight to tenant improvement projects, fully understanding both owner and tenant interests in the design and execution of a project. Rob’s experience as a Real Estate Manager ensures matters of lease interpretation, ongoing maintenance, and occupancy are considered from the start of the design process.
