Tony Santitoro is a Lead Building Engineer for the Raleigh market industrial and office properties. Tony brings with him 12 years of experience in building maintenance and a background in custom cabinets furniture and woodworking. Tony has experience with fire, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Tony is focused and prides himself on providing great customer service and tenant relations. Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, Tony worked for Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer Raleigh. Tony is responsible for over one million square feet of industrial and office properties for Foundry Commercial. Tony is also the recipient of the 2022 GEM (Going the extra mile) Award from Foundry Commercial.
