With over 10 years of experience in the Senior Living industry, I am a passionate and strategic operations leader who strives to deliver quality care, service, and satisfaction to the residents and their families. I have a strong background in psychology and nutrition, which enables me to understand the needs and preferences of the aging population and provide them with personalized and holistic solutions. I am currently the SVP, Operations- Senior Living at Foundry Commercial, where I oversee, plan, and lead the day-to-day operations of multiple communities across the country.
