Prior to joining Foundry, Jordan worked for management consulting firms Booze Allen Hamilton and KPMG where he specialized in strategic operations and technology systems development. In his most recent endeavor, he founded a nanotechnology company focused on controlling pathogenic microorganisms and improving health outcomes.

Travis Hammond serves as a Senior Associate on the Central Florida Industrial Team in Orlando. He was born and raised in Orlando and attended college at the University of Central Florida. The prior 7 years Travis worked for Bridge Investment Group where he managed and ran due diligence for over 100 real estate transactions with a total value of $3.6 billion. His experience in deal transactions and coordinating vested parties and closing deals gave him a solid foundation for transitioning into brokerage. Travis is one of four brothers and is an avid sports fan especially when it comes to the Atlanta Braves (ask him why) and the UCF Knights. Travis is married to his wife Allie and when he isn’t working you will find him outdoors either on the golf course or going for a run/bike ride.

W.B. Scoggin serves as Vice President for Foundry Commercial’s Nashville, Tennessee office. W.B. specializes in leasing and investment opportunities throughout Tennessee focusing on industrial investments and development sites. Over his 12-year career, W.B. has been actively involved in various aspects of the business including brokerage, acquisitions, asset management and capital markets activity. He has worked on projects that have included bulk, shallow bay and flex product, terminals, ios and isf sites, land and others from both the ground-up development perspective as well as leasing and acquiring existing assets. His activity and knowledge base allowed him to earn his CCIM designation.

Prior to joining Foundry, W.B. spent 5 years with a Dallas-based real estate investment company as Vice President where he was actively involved in or oversaw the companies deal sourcing, underwriting, acquisition, asset management and dispositions for various acquisitions and assets held for investment. W.B. has also served in various capacities for real estate investment and development companies and began his career as a broker in Dallas.

Before beginning his real estate career, W.B. spent time earning a Certificate of Biblical Studies through an affiliate ministry of Kanakuk Kamps. He holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Real Estate from Texas A&M University. W.B. is an active member of ULI, CCIM, and NAIOP and is licensed in both Tennessee and Texas.

Warren serves as Managing Director and Principal for Foundry Commercial in Charlotte, NC on the Industrial team.

Prior to Foundry Commercial in 2015, Warren served as the Managing Principal for the Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer Charlotte office. Warren’s background and skill set have focused his career on forward-thinking site selection and tenant representation as well as disposition and leasing strategies to rationalize supply chain networks driving value for local, institutional and landowners. He possesses an extensive background in build-to-suit projects as well as investment sales for distribution and manufacturing clients.

Warren’s early career was shaped by several years spent in property management (1993-1996) and development after receiving a degree in Industrial Relations from UNC Chapel Hill. Reid Hanner serves as Senior Vice President for Foundry Commercial in Atlanta. He has been active in the Atlanta commercial real estate market in multiple capacities for the past several years. Mr. Hanner has been involved in over 500 real estate transactions, totaling over $1 Billion in volume on behalf of his institutional, regional, and local clients.  Since joining Foundry, Reid and his partner, Jordan Camp have procured business from some of the largest institutional owners in industrial real estate, including KKR, Brookfield, ARA, High Street, and Berkeley Partners to name a few.

Prior to joining Foundry, Reid worked within Stream Realty’s industrial services division in Atlanta. During his tenure, the team grew its leasing and management portfolio from six million feet to over ten million feet; securing accounts with Blackstone, RREEF Property Trust, DRA Advisors, Liberty Property Trust, Cabot Properties, Goddard Investment Group, and Circle Industrial. Melissa Alexander, SIOR serves as Partner for Foundry Commercial. Considered one of the foremost industrial brokers in Nashville, she leads the Foundry Industrial Brokerage team in her hometown of Nashville, TN. Melissa has more than 16 years of real estate experience focusing on the leasing, sale and development of industrial properties in Tennessee as well as across the US.

Melissa got her start in industrial in Memphis, TN where she previously served as Principal of the Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) affiliate there. She served as the only female partner and only female broker in the firm.

Melissa has a strong business presence locally and online. She is consistently named one of the top Commercial Real Estate Influencers to follow on Twitter and LinkedIn. Justin Ruby joined Foundry Commercial in 2013 to help lead the charge on the industrial brokerage platform. Ruby has 20 years of real estate experience in development, leasing, sales and marketing. Jim Allaire serves as Principal for Foundry Commercial’s Raleigh, NC office and specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial and R&D facilities throughout the Research Triangle region. He brings over 25 years of experience to the team and is consistently among the top performers within the market.

Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, Jim was a principal member of the Industrial Services Group for Cushman & Wakefield  Thalhimer Raleigh. Over the past 10 years, Jim has participated in the sale of over 100 premier office and R&D facilities totaling over 21 million square feet and $1.5 billion in value. These have included pharmaceutical, microelectronics, data center and laboratory facilities as well as general industrial buildings. He is also one of the region’s most accomplished land brokers. During his career, Jimmy has worked for office and industrial occupiers to acquire and dispose of their corporate projects, including existing assets, land, and build-to-suits. Prior to launching Foundry Commercial, Jimmy was a Principal at Trammell Crow Company, where he worked for almost 20 years after graduating from the University of Texas at Austin. Jackson Rives, Principal Industrial Services for Foundry’s Industrial team in Raleigh-Durham, brings 17 years of commercial real estate experience as he oversees the leasing and development of more than six million square feet of Class A industrial properties. He is also a trusted advisor to users, developers, and owners for location analysis, site selection, and building design. Jackson has an ownership mentality in all aspects of the business, making recommendations as if it were his own money.

As a tenant representative, he uses his extensive market knowledge to negotiate the strongest terms for his clients. He has represented a broad range of clients, and since 2015 has represented an e-commerce client in the acquisition of land and/or space to produce five million square feet of warehouse and distribution space.

Andy Head currently serves as Vice President for Foundry Commercial in Atlanta. Mr. Head has been active in the Atlanta Commercial Real Estate market since 2011 with over 11 years of commercial real estate experience. He has extensive involvement representing institutional landlords from Dalfen Industrial, Prologis (PLD), to Dogwood Industrial. He currently manages the leasing and marketing of their distribution and manufacturing facilities.

Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, Mr. Head worked at JLL on the largest agency leasing team in Austin, Texas. During his tenure, his team represented over 2.3 million square feet of Class A office and flex product in the Austin area. Alexis Lambeth is the co-leader of the Industrial Services Group in Foundry Commercial’s Raleigh, NC office. Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, Casey began her commercial real estate career in Memphis, TN where she specialized in office agency leasing. In 2021, Casey helped back fill 60,000 SF within nine (9) months to a Tenant occupying 86,000 SF – one of the largest transactions in the Memphis market in the past ten (10) years.
