Jesse Drake serves as an Associate with Foundry Commercial on the Central Florida Industrial Team in Tampa. He has previous experience in industrial development throughout the Southeast United States where he focused on acquisitions and construction. Jesse also spent two decades with the United States Army Special Forces where he honed his skills in logistics, procurement, and managing cross-cultural relationships. Day in and day out, his Green Beret work ethic and desire to solve complex problems make him an asset to all our clients.

Outside of work, Jesse and his wife Angelica enjoy spending time with their two boys where you can find them on the beach or at the sports fields. Nate is a Broker Associate on Foundry Commercial’s industrial real estate team in Jacksonville, FL. His primary role is fostering business development, sourcing new client relationships and working with industrial warehouse users looking to lease or purchase properties.

Prior to returning home to Jacksonville in 2022, Nate was a classroom teacher with Jersey City Public Schools, where he taught English and coached high school football and basketball there from 2015 to 2022. He enjoyed his time in what’s often called New York City’s “Sixth Borough,” but the pull of home ultimately won out.

He loves playing basketball, reading, being a student of history, and watching his beloved Jacksonville Jaguars with family and friends at EverBank Stadium. He’s a fifth generation Jacksonville native and is thrilled to be back home and here to stay.

Randy Blankenship serves as Vice President with Foundry Commercial on the Dallas Industrial Team. With over a decade of experience in the industrial space, Blankenship brings a wealth of expertise to the team, positioning Foundry at the forefront of the burgeoning industrial sector in the Sun Belt Region. He has a keen insight into the DFW market with the bedrock of Tenant relationships he has built over the years allowing him to uncover many off-market opportunities. He will continue to leverage this local market knowledge as well as the Foundry Platform across the Sun Belt and Southeast to address client needs specializing in industrial leasing and acquisition with a focus on industrial outside storage.

He most recently served as a Vice President at Biel Partners, where he helped build the tenant rep business from the ground up, negotiated leases, and purchase/ sale transaction for clients engaged in the office and industrial sectors. Justin Barker serves as Vice President for the Maryland, Virginia and Washington, DC markets. Focused on increasing Foundry Commercial’s presence in the greater Washington, DC region and servicing current client needs for tenant advisor, investment sales, acquisitions and site selection. As a fourth generation Washingtonian, Justin has a strong understanding of the market and its complexities.

Prior to working in commercial real estate brokerage Justin worked in sales, marketing and business development for a non-profit as well as a boutique conference production company. While at the National Apartment Association, Justin began working with supplier members, consulting on industry involvement and marketing opportunities for conference sponsorship, advertising and supplier council involvement. While working in the National Lease Program, Justin was able to increase annual revenue, year over year by more than 15 percent through the development and execution of a strategic market and product development plan. An experience that supplied a strong understanding of the multifamily industry, property management technology as well as the complexities of the non-profit industry.

Justin’s multi-industry experience in addition to working in commercial real estate, has provided a unique perspective while servicing clients. Prior to joining Foundry, Jordan worked for management consulting firms Booze Allen Hamilton and KPMG where he specialized in strategic operations and technology systems development. Warren serves as Managing Director and Principal for Foundry Commercial in Charlotte, NC on the Industrial team.

Prior to Foundry Commercial in 2015, Warren served as the Managing Principal for the Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer Charlotte office. Warren’s background and skill set have focused his career on forward-thinking site selection and tenant representation as well as disposition and leasing strategies to rationalize supply chain networks driving value for local, institutional and landowners. He possesses an extensive background in build-to-suit projects as well as investment sales for distribution and manufacturing clients.

Warren’s early career was shaped by several years spent in property management (1993-1996) and development after receiving a degree in Industrial Relations from UNC Chapel Hill. W.B. Scoggin serves as Senior Vice President for Foundry Commercial’s Nashville, Tennessee office. W.B. specializes in leasing and investment opportunities throughout Tennessee focusing on industrial investments and development sites. Over his 13-year career, W.B. has been actively involved in various aspects of the business including brokerage, acquisitions, asset management and capital markets activity. He has worked on projects that have included bulk, shallow bay and flex product, terminals, IOS and ISF sites, land and others from both the ground-up development perspective as well as leasing and acquiring existing assets. His activity and knowledge base allowed him to earn his CCIM designation.

Prior to joining Foundry, W.B. spent 5 years with a Dallas-based real estate investment company as Vice President where he was actively involved in or oversaw the companies deal sourcing, underwriting, acquisition, asset management and dispositions for various acquisitions and assets held for investment. W.B. has also served in various capacities for real estate investment and development companies and began his career as a broker in Dallas.

Before beginning his real estate career, W.B. spent time earning a Certificate of Biblical Studies through an affiliate ministry of Kanakuk Kamps. Travis Hammond serves as a Senior Associate on the Central Florida Industrial Team in Orlando. He was born and raised in Orlando and attended college at the University of Central Florida. The prior 7 years Travis worked for Bridge Investment Group where he managed and ran due diligence for over 100 real estate transactions with a total value of $3.6 billion. Reid Hanner serves as Senior Vice President for Foundry Commercial in Atlanta. He has been active in the Atlanta commercial real estate market in multiple capacities for the past several years. Mr. Hanner has been involved in over 500 real estate transactions, totaling over $1 Billion in volume on behalf of his institutional, regional, and local clients.  Since joining Foundry, Reid and his partner, Jordan Camp have procured business from some of the largest institutional owners in industrial real estate, including KKR, Brookfield, ARA, High Street, and Berkeley Partners to name a few.

Prior to joining Foundry, Reid worked within Stream Realty’s industrial services division in Atlanta. During his tenure, the team grew its leasing and management portfolio from six million feet to over ten million feet; securing accounts with Blackstone, RREEF Property Trust, DRA Advisors, Liberty Property Trust, Cabot Properties, Goddard Investment Group, and Circle Industrial. He also served as leasing agent on the company’s first Southeast industrial development, a speculative 280,000 square foot, Class A distribution center located along Atlanta’s I-85 S corridor. Melissa Alexander, SIOR serves as Partner for Foundry Commercial. Considered one of the foremost industrial brokers in Nashville, she leads the Foundry Industrial Brokerage team in her hometown of Nashville, TN. Melissa has more than 16 years of real estate experience focusing on the leasing, sale and development of industrial properties in Tennessee as well as across the US.

Melissa got her start in industrial in Memphis, TN where she previously served as Principal of the Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) affiliate there. She served as the only female partner and only female broker in the firm.

Melissa has a strong business presence locally and online. She is consistently named one of the top Commercial Real Estate Influencers to follow on Twitter and LinkedIn. Conor Sweeney is an Associate for Foundry Commercial serving in Atlanta, Georgia. Alexis graduated Magna Cum Laude from North Carolina State with a BA in English.
