Rachel Rhoades serves as Senior Graphic Designer at Foundry Commercial in Dallas, Texas. She creates marketing and design collateral for the Dallas office and their clients. This includes client branding, pitch collateral, broker/client assets, and integrated marketing campaigns, which can include social media and email, as well as event materials.

Prior to joining Foundry, Rachel worked as an Art Director at The Marketing Arm. During her time there, she worked on ad campaigns, photoshoots, and graphic design materials for various clients, including Frito-Lay, Quaker, and Palo Alto Networks. She also does portrait photography in her spare time.

Angela serves as the Marketing Associate for the Jacksonville Office. She supports brokers focusing on Industrial and office properties. She focuses on marketing materials which include building signage, brochures, email templates, proposals, newsletters, postcards, social media graphics, business cards, letterhead, and event invitations.

Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, Angela worked in Minnesota for a Commercial Real Estate company for 5 years. She moved to Florida with her family to be able to enjoy the year-round warm weather and sunshine.

Haley Felton serves as Graphic Designer for Foundry Commercial. Haley is responsible for supporting the Graphic Design Manager and Marketing Leadership Team through strategic, creative designs.  Prior to joining the Foundry team, Haley studied at Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, Ca graduating with her B.A in Graphic Design with a Concentration in Marketing. Throughout her college career, Haley worked with several companies, designing several brands, websites, and marketing materials to reach the companies’ goals.

Taylor Rowan serves as Senior Manager of Event Operations. Responsibilities include supporting the market leader to drive and promote the performance of the Carolinas region, supporting new business development efforts by assisting in proposal and pitch preparation, managing the day-to-day operations of the Charlotte office, and managing select platform-wide initiatives.

Prior to joining  Foundry Commercial,  Taylor worked with Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer as the Brokerage Coordinator for the Industrial team. Taylor was responsible for designing and posting flyers, researching prospects, updating industry websites, and preparing numerous presentation packages in order to attract new business.

Tara Ashton joined the Foundry Commercial team in 2017 and is responsible for the overall marketing strategy and implementation for the Nashville office. She is responsible for creating marketing collateral for proposals and pitching business development, asset branding, and overseeing the marketing strategy for each. She works directly with the brokerage teams and clients, providing creative direction and executing the projects’ needs in both print and digital.

Tara brings over 10 years of marketing and design experience. Prior to her role with Foundry, Tara oversaw the creative team at Kirkland’s, Inc. where she was instrumental in the execution of several national advertising campaigns. Her experience includes art directing as well as designing corporate communications while at Parthenon Publishing. At Foundry, Tara is an integral part of the overall Nashville business strategy and building the Foundry Commercial brand.

Tara has received recognition from Graphic Design USA with an American Inhouse Design award in 2019 and American Graphic Design Awards in 2020 and 2022 for her work in commercial real estate.

Overview

Paula partners with a diversified team of Land and Industrial brokers on business development and marketing. She provides market data research and prepares all digital and print marketing collateral for the Land Services team to promote and sell approximately 2,600 acres. Paula also prepares all marketing collateral for the Industrial team and their portfolio of over five million square feet. Paula is instrumental in the brokerage process from pitches to final commission payments.

Paula is an industry veteran with more than eighteen years’ experience in the Raleigh-Durham commercial real estate market. Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, Paula worked for Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer and JLL.

Olivia Griffin serves as a Creative Director for Foundry Commercial in the Charlotte, NC office. Olivia provides marketing materials and business development services for all service lines. She handles all transaction related documentation and works closely with the brokerage professionals to provide creative development, design and production services in support of the firm and its clients.

Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, Olivia was a member of the Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Retail and Land Services Group. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, Olivia worked as a graphic designer for three years. In 2011, she worked as the graphics intern for Liberty Hardware where she assisted in creating custom print and packaging materials for in-house clients. Most recently, she worked as a graphic designer at a nonprofit organization providing creative solutions, design and advertising to promote the company’s vision.

Madi started working for Foundry following her graduation from High Point University with her Master’s degree. Her next step is mastering the new city she calls home, Nashville.

Katrina serves as Senior Marketing Associate for the Retail Services team at Foundry Commercial in Raleigh, NC. She partners with the brokers on marketing over 70 properties with over 3 million square feet and creates custom site selection packages for national and local tenant representation clients. In addition to marketing responsibilities, she works with the brokers on business development by assisting with proposal and pitch preparation, prepares and tracks all commission transactions, maintains property listings, and assists with all daily business operations.

She also keeps team marketing pieces up-to-date and maintains a library of marketing collateral that other team members can utilize. Custom maps are a particular area of interest, and she has become a resource for the company to train new marketing associates in using mapping software. On occasion, she has utilized her photography degree by photographing properties for marketing purposes.

Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, she was a designer for an event photographer in Los Angeles, responsible for a wide variety of custom design projects as well as daily business operations.

Kyle Krumm serves as a marketing coordinator for multiple teams in Orlando. Kyle brings an in-depth perspective with over 6+ years of experience in the industry, which he has garnered through various roles. Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, Kyle worked at a private equity firm where he coordinated accounts receivables, prepared financial statements, and enriched client relations.

Lauren joined Foundry Commercial in 2014, and has 14+ years of experience in the Real Estate Industry. Lauren works with Foundry’s enterprise marketing team with a focus on digital and creative marketing strategies. Lauren develops digital marketing campaigns to help clients gain greater exposure and success. She personally films and edits videos that utilize eye-catching motion graphics to help tell a greater story to the market. Lauren also spearheads Foundry Commercial’s social media accounts where a great focus is placed on employee culture and telling the ‘It’s Personal’ story.

Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, Lauren worked at the Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership at the University of Central Florida. There she helped develop and implement marketing plans that helped the program be awarded a $1 million grant from Blackstone. Lauren also worked for Florida Hospital, Century 21 and Coldwell Banker prior to joining Foundry Commercial.

Khrystyan serves as the Senior Marketing Associate for the Orlando Office and Industrial leasing teams at Foundry Commercial. Supporting a team of unique brokers with distinctive objectives, Khrystyan ensures structure and organization of projects while driving strategic and critical direction for each team. She creates meaningful and accurate marketing materials to distribute across platforms while maintaining and managing the workflow of her team.

Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, Khrystyan worked in property management in Tampa, Florida. Throughout her time in property management, Khrystyan became passionate about marketing, efficient processes, and creating unique customer experiences. Khrystyan is originally from San Antonio, Texas, but has come to love living in the Sunshine State and the constant sunshine and warm weather.

Lauren Leetun, APR serves as Director of Public Relations for Foundry Commercial. With more than 20 years of experience in corporate public relations and agency settings, Lauren excels at content development, research, writing, media relations, community relations, and crisis counsel. In her role with Foundry, Lauren leads the company’s external communications strategy, working along service lines and offices to maximize Foundry’s brand and strategic messaging through various channels.

Throughout her career, Lauren has worked with an array of organizations, ranging from those in commercial and residential real estate, healthcare, retail, association management, finance, construction, architecture, restaurant, education, beauty/spa, high-tech, legal, market research, distribution management/supply chain, energy/solar, non-profit, and service industries.

Lauren has been involved with the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) for more than 15 years, holding leadership positions at the local, regional, and national levels. In 2009, she earned her Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) designation. Lauren resides in Central Florida with her husband, son, and daughter.

As Senior Marketing Associate for the Multifamily Investments Group at Foundry, Jan oversees research and creation of marketing proposals and offering memorandums for the team. She began working in commercial real estate as a research associate at the CoStar Group in Richmond, VA. Prior to that she worked extensively in direct marketing for the financial services and catalog industries. Jan has an entrepreneurial spirit having owned and managed two businesses in her career. Both experiences aid her in understanding the variables that go into business decisions such as investment sales and acquisitions.

Hannah Chittum serves as Graphic Design Manager for Foundry Commercial. Hannah is responsible for supporting the Director of Marketing with enterprise-wide projects including internal communication, internal campaigns and publications. She is the lead designer for the bi-annual magazine, Foundry United and the annual publication, Portfolio. Both of these publications involve creating layouts and the magazine structure while also managing the pieces and contributors from start to finish. She also supports various offices around the platform that need marketing support and additional assistance on overflow marketing needs. Hannah helps oversee the onboarding process of new hires and assists with planning, photography and production of Foundry’s internal and external events.

Emily Holt is a Senior Marketing Associate with Foundry Commercial, supporting the graphic design and marketing needs of the Investment Advisory Group (IAG). Emily is responsible for creating best-in-class marketing, from proposals to offering memorandums and all the marketing collateral associated with each project. She coordinates and executes the strategic marketing plans and deliverables for each asset associated with the IAG team, as well as maintains relevant online databases and market data across the platform.

Prior to joining the Foundry team, Emily was employed with Simplify Compliance in Brentwood, TN, starting as a Marketing Coordinator and quickly working her way up to Marketing Manager overseeing Human Capital Management (HCM). Originally from Georgia, she executed tourism initiatives, marketing, and the coordination of special events for the Eatonton-Putnam Chamber of Commerce. Her experience also includes graphic design and marketing for Kaya Vineyard and Winery.

Emily is a progressive, innovative, and forward-thinking professional with the ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and brand awareness with excellent communication, analytical, and creativity skills.

Brittney Wimberly serves as Senior Director of Brand and Marketing and is a Partner at Foundry Commercial. Brittney oversees company branding and strategy, internal and external communication, Foundry’s marketing and creative teams and events within the platform. Brittney also oversees Foundry’s internal Culture Committee. In 2016 Brittney played a large role in the rebrand from CNL Commercial Real Estate to Foundry Commercial.

Brittney began her career at a non-profit organization, UCP of Central Florida, providing the marketing support for events such as, large galas, golf tournaments and other donor events to help raise dollars and spread awareness of the organization.

Blair serves as a Senior Consumer Marketing Associate for Foundry Commercial’s Raleigh and Charlotte offices. Blair works with multiple retail clients to generate engagement through personalized social media accounts and community events. Through planning and creating content, Blair assists in strategizing brand placement and rebrand rollout for retail clients. Blair also manages the website design and management for retail plazas.

Prior to joining Foundry, Blair worked as a creative account manager for a marketing and advertising agency and freelanced in graphic design and social media management. Blair graduated from Appalachian State University in 2018 with a major in Creative Advertising and a minor in Graphic Design.

Prior to joining the Foundry Team, Ashtin worked as a Marketing Design Specialist for a Midwest Retail Company. She designed flyers, social media content and local business advertisement, in addition to running and scheduling retail advertisements through Facebook. Ashtin attended Minnesota State University, Mankato, graduating with a BFA in Graphic Design with a concentration in photography.

She supports all service lines by working directly with the brokerage teams and clients on new business development initiatives and integrated marketing campaigns. Through the creation of both print and digital collateral, Ally strengthens the Foundry brand by maintaining consistency in all marketing materials.

Prior to joining the Foundry team, Ally worked as a Designer for both commercial and residential design firms in Charlotte, North Carolina after obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Appalachian State University. She specialized in full-service project management for design projects and created on brand marketing materials for advertising various projects completed at the firms. With a background in graphic design and interior architecture, she bridges the gaps between visual designs, branding, and storytelling across digital platforms.

Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, Heather interned at the Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Big Bend and The Miller Group as a Marketing Intern in Tallahassee, Florida. She pioneered social media campaigns, brand design, and market research throughout her internships. Heather recently graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in Media Communication Studies and International Affairs which has stemmed her passion for social media and communications.

Kayla serves as the Marketing Coordinator for Foundry Commercial’s Raleigh, North Carolina office. Kayla’s role serves as support for the team’s marketing efforts. Her responsibilities include producing customized marketing material, producing and scheduling digital marketing, and keeping the property information online updated. In addition, she serves as the office coordinator to assist with the day-to-day operations of our Raleigh office.

Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, Kayla worked as a Sales Manager for a local hospitality group where she sold and contracted meeting space and guest rooms to clients. Additionally, she has a background in property management and extensive hospitality experience.

In 2021, Kayla enrolled herself in N.C. State University’s first cohort of the new Masters of Management, Marketing Analytics program. She is expected to finish this degree in Spring 2024. With Kayla’s multifaceted background, she is sure to be a great asset to Foundry’s marketing endeavors.
