Foundry recently hosted our annual Summit in sunny Orlando, and I was honored to participate on the ‘Wisdom’ panel during our two-day event. It is moments like this where I am not just reminded, but deeply touched by sharing and listening to the “choices” individuals have made in their career paths.

Our parents often told us to choose our friends carefully, choose our education thoughtfully, and choose a partner in life wisely, but rarely spoke of choosing a company to work for versus just getting a job! Given the amount of time and energy we devote to our careers…this is a personal choice with huge stakes.

I chose Foundry in 2011 because I saw a path of success not only for myself, but the 17 associates I could bring with me to this unique and growing CRE platform. Fast forward eleven years, I choose Foundry every day not just because of the caring culture and the unlimited opportunities for collaboration and growth, but because Foundry chooses me every day.
