Durham, N.C. (Sept. 28, 2022) – Foundry Commercial’s Raleigh office was recently awarded a two-building Class-A office leasing assignment at the Palladian Corporate Center at the intersection of I-40 and NC Hwy 54 on the Durham-Chapel Hill line. Owned by Innovatus Capital Partners, LLC, and managed by AREP (American Real Estate Partners), the two buildings that Foundry is now leasing include the 90,010-square-foot Palladian I as well as the 100,546-square-foot Palladian II.
