Dallas, Texas (April 2, 2024) – Leon Industrial has tapped Foundry Commercial as the property manager of record for its approximately 2.0 million square foot DFW industrial portfolio. The collaboration between the two companies represents a significant milestone in the evolution of both companies, promising innovative solutions and unmatched service standards in the highly competitive Dallas industrial market.

Foundry Commercial’s scope will include Leon Industrial’s two most recent Class-A developments – Airport Corporate Center, a 60,400 square foot industrial building minutes from DFW Airport in Irving, and Town East Logistics Center, a 194,000 square foot industrial building located in Mesquite.
