Nashville, Tenn. (March 7, 2024) – MYCON General Contractors, Inc. (MYCON), an award-winning commercial contractor with roots in Dallas since 1987, is thrilled to announce its expansion into Nashville. The company recently finalized a lease agreement for a 4,400+ square-foot office in the vibrant Germantown submarket. This strategic move comes as MYCON experiences a business surge along the United States East Coast, serving esteemed clientele in retail, industrial and special projects.
The decision to establish a presence in Nashville aligns with MYCON’s commitment to meeting the evolving needs of its clients across diverse markets. Notably, this expansion marks a significant milestone for the company, underscoring ongoing nationwide growth, coupled with a commitment to outstanding service and continual innovation.
“In 2022, we established a dedicated Nashville team to support our national retail client’s shift toward enhancing their distribution efforts by integrating high-tech automation into their fulfillment centers,” said Chip Myers, Partner and Vice President of MYCON. “With our growing backlog of projects in the region, both with existing and new clients, we have already seen tremendous value in our decision to set down permanent roots in Nashville.”
In an exciting collaboration, MYCON partnered with Foundry Commercial on this office lease, working with John Mudgett and Shelby Hall of Foundry as their tenant representatives in the transaction.
“We love the partnership that our companies have forged over the recent months, and we look forward to future collaborations that will continue to shape Nashville. It was great to work with the team at MYCON and find the perfect office for their growing operations here. The Germantown submarket was a natural choice for them due to its central location, proximity to downtown and high-quality walkable amenities,” Mudgett said.
MYCON’s growing Nashville team moved into its new space on Friday, March 1. For more information about MYCON, visit mycon.com. For office leasing inquiries in the greater Nashville metro, contact John Mudgett at john.mudgett@foundrycommercial.com or Shelby Hall at shelby.hall@foundrycommercial.com.
