Dallas, Texas (March 28, 2022) – Foundry Commercial, a full-service real estate services and investment firm with offices across the Sun Belt, is pleased to welcome Lindsay Wolcott Brown as Vice President of Office Agency Leasing in the firm’s Dallas office.
A seasoned commercial real estate professional with more than 16 years’ experience in the industry, Wolcott Brown joins Foundry Principals Matt Hurlbut and Dale Ray to lease office properties throughout Dallas. In her role, she will continue to focus on office assets throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.
Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, she worked at Avison Young as part of the agency leasing team to lease office product as well as pursue new business. While there, she leased a portfolio of approximately 3.5 million square feet. She focused on strategy and growth with new and repeat clients while prioritizing each individual property’s specific needs to maximize the client’s specific strategy. Previously, Wolcott Brown worked with Colliers International for four years where she was responsible for agency leasing services and new business development throughout the North Texas Region. In 2010, she joined Prescott Group in Dallas, where she managed multiple commercial office buildings and was first exposed to office leasing. It was then that she had moved back to Texas from Charleston, S.C., where she began her career managing, selling, and leasing a variety of historic properties.

Wolcott Brown is a graduate of College of Charleston, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in business with a focus in finance and accounting. She has remained involved in various community and professional endeavors in the Dallas area, including serving as board member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR) Young Professionals Forum through 2020, as well as being a member of Ladies in CRE Dallas, the Dallas Junior Chamber of Commerce (DJCC), the Texas Young Professional Association, and The Real Estate Council (TREC) Young Guns.
