-Building Engineer Fernando Torres Also Recognized as Chief Engineer of the Year-
Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. (December 12, 2023) – Plaza 100, a 175,510 square-foot, Class-A office building in Ft. Lauderdale, was recently recognized with The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Award in the 100,000 – 250,000 square-foot category by BOMA Fort Lauderdale / Palm Beaches (Building Owners Managers Association).

In addition to being recognized with a TOBY Award in the 100,000 – 250,000 square-foot category, Foundry Building Engineer Fernando Torres was also named Chief Engineer of the Year.
