With over 15 years of experience, Jeff has earned the reputation as one of the leading and most trusted commercial real estate advisors in the Raleigh-Durham market, specializing in Industrial Advisory Services and Office Tenant Representation. He helps his clients both locally and nationally make well informed real estate decisions. His expertise expands beyond traditional real estate advisory services; it encompasses strategic planning, site selection, labor and demographic analytics, lease and purchase negotiations and financial analysis. Jeff’s commitment to both tactical and strategic thinking underpins his approach, ensuring a successful outcome for his clients. This philosophy has led to his involvement in some of the most notable representation assignments in the region including Allscripts, IBM, LC Industries, Life Science Logistics, MetLife, Microsoft, PowerSecure and Trane Technologies.
Jeff began his career in commercial real estate in Orange County, CA in 2009, before relocating to Raleigh in 2011. Prior to joining Foundry, he spent over a decade at Cushman & Wakefield specializing in Corporate Tenant Representation.
Originally from Irvine, CA, Jeff graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder and now lives in Raleigh with his wife and their English Lab. In his free time, he enjoys spending time at Topsail Beach, cooking, traveling, and cheering on the Colorado Buffaloes and the Carolina Hurricanes.
