His expertise includes Industrial Advisory Services and Office Tenant Representation, and he takes pride in helping clients, both locally and nationally, make well-informed real estate decisions. His expertise expands beyond traditional real estate advisory services; it encompasses strategic planning, site selection, labor and demographic analytics, lease and purchase negotiations and financial analysis. Jeff’s commitment to both tactical and strategic thinking underpins his approach, ensuring a successful outcome for his clients. This philosophy has led to his involvement in some of the most notable representation assignments in the region, including Allscripts, IBM, LC Industries, Life Science Logistics, MetLife, and Microsoft.
Jeff’s career in commercial real estate began in Orange County, CA in 2009, and in late 2011, he relocated to Raleigh-Durham. Prior to joining Foundry, Jeff spent over a decade at Cushman & Wakefield, specializing Corporate Tenant Representation.
Jeff was born and raised in Irvine, CA and attended the University of Colorado at Boulder. He now resides in Raleigh and enjoys spending time at Topsail Beach, firing up the Traeger for some Carolina BBQ, and rooting for his Colorado Buffaloes!
