With over 15 years of experience, Jeff has earned the reputation as one of the leading and most trusted commercial real estate advisors in the Raleigh-Durham market, specializing in industrial advisory services and office tenant representation. He helps clients locally and nationally make informed real estate decisions by providing expertise in strategic planning, site selection, labor and demographic analysis, lease and purchase negotiations, and financial analysis. Jeff’s combination of tactical and strategic thinking drives successful outcomes, leading to his involvement in some of the most notable representation assignments in the region for companies like IBM, LC Industries, Life Science Logistics, MetLife, Microsoft, PowerSecure and Trane Technologies.
Jeff began his commercial real estate career in Orange County, CA in 2009 before relocating to Raleigh in 2011. Prior to joining Foundry, he spent more than a decade at Cushman & Wakefield, specializing in corporate tenant representation.
Originally from Irvine, CA, Jeff graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder and lives in Raleigh with his wife, daughter, and yellow lab. In his free time, he enjoys time at Topsail Beach, traveling, cooking, and cheering on the Colorado Buffaloes and the Carolina Hurricanes.
