Fort Mill, S.C. (August 2, 2021) – Foundry Commercial, a full-service real estate services and investment firm with offices across the Sun Belt, facilitated the sale of 587 Greenway Industrial Drive, a 106,407-square-foot industrial building located in Fort Mill, S.C., on behalf of AEW Capital Management, L.P.
Foundry’s Casey Mulhern and Brian Craver, CCIM served as the listing agents for the transaction, which was sold to YFP, LLC. AEW Capital Management, L.P served as the capital partner and owner of the property.
