Foundry Commercial Sells 106,000+ SF Industrial Property Outside Charlotte on Behalf of AEW Capital Management

Fort Mill, S.C. (August 2, 2021) – Foundry Commercial, a full-service real estate services and investment firm with offices across the Sun Belt, facilitated the sale of 587 Greenway Industrial Drive, a 106,407-square-foot industrial building located in Fort Mill, S.C., on behalf of AEW Capital Management, L.P.

Foundry’s Casey Mulhern and Brian Craver, CCIM served as the listing agents for the transaction, which was sold to YFP, LLC. AEW Capital Management, L.P served as the capital partner and owner of the property.

587 Greenway Industrial, located on over 5 acres of property just outside of Charlotte, is a manufacturing building with 22′-clear height, 6″ precast insulated concrete panel walls, new LED lighting, 6″ concrete slab flooring, 8 dock doors and one 20′ x 14′ grade-level drive-in.
