Overview
Mark is a Managing Director in Foundry’s Investment Advisory Group (IAG), specializing in capital markets advisory services and investment sales for institutions, private investors, family offices and owner/users on a nationwide basis. With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Mark has successfully led investment and development strategies through market cycles, regulatory shifts and technological advancements. Mark also leverages his experience to work closely with Foundry’s Development & Investment platform.
Prior to joining Foundry in 2024, Mark served as a Managing Director in JLL’s Capital Markets group, advising on more than $1.5 billion in transactions across North America. His career also includes roles in acquisitions, development, and finance for Equity One REIT and Healey Weatherholtz Properties. Outside the office, Mark volunteers for a variety of nonprofit organizations and enjoys traveling with his wife and three children.
