Alex Rosario is a Partner and Managing Director at Foundry Commercial, where he leads the Agency Leasing platform for the Central Florida region and leads business development with institutional capital across the Foundry services platform. A multi-time recipient of NAIOP’s Top Office Broker of the Year and recognized as a CoStar Power Broker, Alex brings deep expertise in helping institutional landlords secure new business, deploy capital, and maximize the value of their real estate investments.
As a Services leader at Foundry, Alex helps drive the company’s overall leasing and property management business across the southeast which includes over 75 million sf across the southeast.
Before joining Foundry Commercial (formerly CNL Commercial Real Estate), Alex held similar roles at Trammell Crow Company and CB Richard Ellis. Over the course of his 20 year career, he has negotiated more than $1.75 Billion in real estate transactions across an office portfolio totaling over 10 million square feet.
