Consistently named a NAIOP’s Top Office Broker of Year and a CoStar “Power Broker,” Alex has spent his career assisting landlord clients in new business, deploying capital and maximizing investment returns on those assets. Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, formerly CNL Commercial Real Estate, Alex worked at Trammell Crow Company and CB Richard Ellis. Throughout his career, Alex has negotiated more than $950 million dollars of real estate transactions on an office portfolio over 5.5 million square feet.
