Overview
Carlin Beekman serves as a Senior Vice President for Foundry’s Mission Property Group (MPG), a team that specializes in serving churches, denominations, and non-profit entities. Carlin works strategically with ministries to assess both the opportunities and challenges associated with the properties they have been entrusted to steward. From there, she helps create a path forward that allows ministries to maximize their missional impact through their properties. Carlin is passionate about helping organizations leverage their real estate for Kingdom purposes and helping them understand the full potential of their real estate assets.
Based in Florida, Carlin partners with clients nationwide. She walks alongside her clients in every aspect of a deal from property research and due diligence to end-to-end coordination of transactions. Her expertise includes property sale, leasing, purchasing, and redevelopment.
In this niche sector of commercial real estate, Carlin and the rest of the MPG team are widely recognized as industry leaders. She consistently is entrusted to share her expertise at speaking engagements and lead workshops on how to best use property.
In her initial years at Foundry Commercial, Carlin supported the MPG team in a marketing capacity. As she spent more time with this team, she moved into a brokerage role and loves getting to work hand in hand with MPG’s partners that are making crucial decisions around their real estate.
