Overview
Nick Heeb is a Senior Associate with Foundry Commercial’s Office team in Orlando. In his role, he represents and advises clients in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of Office and Healthcare real estate assets throughout Central Florida. He’s a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Florida.
He earned his Bachelor’s of Science in Real Estate and Marketing from Florida State University, where he held multiple leadership positions on the executive boards for FSU’s IFC and FSU’s Real Estate Society.
Outside of work, he is passionate about giving back to the community. He actively contributes to United Way and serves as a mentor within FSU’s Real Estate Program, helping to guide the next generation of industry professionals.
