Sarah masterminds the team’s tenant rep transaction activities, executing all minutiae and steps of the complex process for an excellent client experience from the moment a space is selected until a lease is signed (and beyond). She joined the team from Southsource, which merged with Foundry Commercial in 2023.
She became known by peers as “tenacious” while working at large commercial real estate platforms CBRE, JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, and WeWork. Sarah has transacted for organizations big and small, from Canada to Columbia. Her past work includes deals for small local startups as well as major national accounts like USPS and NCR, as well as Fortune 500 behemoths, government entities, law firms, and everything in between.
Across the board, clients and colleagues appreciate her attention to detail and breadth of experience. Sarah is sharp, competitive, and intent on concluding a transaction happily for both sides to facilitate a productive long-term relationship between tenant and landlord. She lives in her hometown of Jacksonville, FL, with her husband, Matt, and their dog, Jack.
