John Neal is an essential part of the Atlanta landlord rep practice, having led the practice area at Southsource before the boutique brokerage merged with Foundry Commercial in 2023. His 16 years in the commercial real estate business took him to both large institutions and small companies. At JP Morgan and MetLife Real Estate, he served in a number of capacities including acquisitions, asset management, and portfolio management. At Hollandsworth Construction, he led business strategy and financial operations.
This experience has imbued John Neal’s work style with thoughtfulness and diligence, as evidenced by the trust his clients have in him. Past colleagues and partners know he keeps a level head and stays focused on objectives – making him ever-consistent and dependable. John Neal has a talent for finding, gathering, organizing, and comprehending data so clients can clearly and comfortably make decisions.
He moved to suburban Atlanta from Richmond, VA with his family at 9 months old, and now lives in Roswell, GA with his wife, Hailey, and their three children. He is a long-suffering Atlanta (and UGA) sports fan, marathon runner, sneaker enthusiast, and excellent golfer.
