Jackson Rives, Principal of Industrial Services, is the team leader for Foundry Commercial’s Raleigh Industrial Services Team. With more than 16 years of experience, he focuses on the leasing and development of Class A industrial facilities, industrialbuilding and land sales, and tenant representation. Jackson has consistently led the market in industrial leasing, transacting more than one million square feet annually since 2012. In his current role, Jackson oversees the leasing and development of more than six million square feet and advises multiple developers and owners throughout the market. He and his team have been responsible for a majority ofthe Class A industrial buildings developed throughout the market. In the past five years, Jackson has worked on 4,000,000 SF of E-commerce transactions. Jackson is a trusted advisor to developers and owners, regularly consulting on building design and location analysis to buy or develop. As a tenant representative, he has a proventrack record of negotiating strong terms for his clients and providing value through extensive market knowledge.
