Overview

Andrew is a Partner in Foundry Commercial’s Investment Advisory Group (IAG) in Nashville, specializing in investment sales, leasing, and capital markets advisory services. Working with a broad range of clients from institutions to private entities, Andrew’s thoughtful, analytical approach to commercial real estate allows him to achieve superior results for his clients.

Prior to joining Foundry Commercial in 2018, Andrew managed over 750,000 SF of transactions during his tenure at OakPoint Real Estate in Nashville. Before OakPoint, Andrew worked in New York City, where he managed sales, leases, and subleases for Fortune 500 clients and completed strategic consulting and analysis on large office lease negotiations.

Andrew is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, a designation earned by the top licensed commercial real estate brokers in their market.
