Experience

Andrew is a senior vice president and broker who focuses on providing advisory services to Foundry Commercial’s largest corporate clients through lease negotiations, acquisitions and dispositions, real estate finance and strategy, and site selection.

Prior to Foundry Commercial, Andrew managed over 750,000 SF of transactions for his clients during his tenure at OakPoint Real Estate. He helped lead one of OakPoint Real Estate’s largest corporate clients, Fresenius Medical Care, through hundreds of lease negotiations each year as a commercial real estate advisor. 

Before OakPoint, Andrew served as a Director of Dispositions for USI Real Estate, a division of Johnson Controls, in New York City, where he managed sales and subleases of corporate-owned real estate assets for Fortune 500 clients in North America, South America, Europe, and Asia.

Previously, Andrew served as Assistant Director, Consulting Services, for Studley in New York City, where he provided strategic consulting and analysis on the negotiation and execution of some of the largest lease transactions handled by the firm. Between his involvement in education-related philanthropies and serving on the board of the Nashville Civic Design Center, Andrew makes time to travel the world with his fiancé Robyn.
