Jane serves as the Market Leader for Foundry Commercial’s Raleigh, North Carolina office, as well as actively engaging with the Office Agency and Tenant Representative Leasing teams.With over 28 years in the Triangle commercial real estate industry, Jane is an industry veteran, primarily specializing in Landlord representation, with extensive transaction management experience in leasing, build-to-suit development, speculative development, asset repositioning, and dispositions. With over 670 lease transactions totaling approximately one billion in lease revenue, Jane has an impressive track record of leading major real estate transactions in the market to include MetLife’s 650,000 square foot build-to-suit campus.As a Raleigh native, Jane is driven by the impact her team’s work has on the community, which serves as a constant motivation to stay engaged in civic and industry initiatives.
For over twenty years, Jane managed a portfolio of over two million square feet for a publicly traded REIT, Highwoods Properties Inc.Servingas their Director of Leasing, Jane led cross-functional teams in leasing, build-to-suit development, speculative development leasing, as wellasrepositioning older assets. Expanding her expertise, Jane most recently served as Senior Director of Leasing for thelargestprivateLife Science developer where she oversaw the firm’s four million square foot existing and expanding the North Carolina Life Science portfolio in Downtown Durham and the Research Triangle Park.
Throughout her professional career, Jane has been recognized not only for her comprehensive knowledge of the Triangle commercial real estate market but also for her leadership within the North Carolina community, evidenced by her service to various stakeholders, including as the Board of Directors Chair for the WakeMed Foundation, Vice Chair Economic Development on the Board of Directors for the Cary Chamber of Commerce, Secretary of the Blue Ridge Corridor Alliance Board, and her past presidencies of the Triangle CREW Chapter and NC CCIM Chapter, among other significant contributions.

- Managed portfolio of over 2,000,000 square feet for publicly traded REIT, Highwoods Properties Inc.
- Top producer for Highwoods Raleigh division for six years representing 45% of total lease revenue, which included over 670 lease transactions totaling 5.7M square feet, and $900M in gross lease revenue
- Oversaw Triangle portfolio for largest private Life Science developer managing 4,000,000 square foot existing and expanding North Carolina Life Science portfolio in Downtown Durham and the Research Triangle Park
- Executed $8M repositioning of a 178,000 square foot building driving a 19% rental increase and bottom-line growth
- Led major real estate transaction for MetLife’s 650,000 square foot build-to-suit campus
